Many film critics opine ‘Wild Dog’ would be a poor choice for Nagarjuna.
It’s been half-a-decade since Akkineni Nagarjuna has scored a hit.And it is over one and a half-decade since he got success with an action film.Nag entertained five years ago with his family drama Soggade Chinni Nayana and bagged a super hit action film with Mass in 2004.
From then, Nagarjuna has been trying for a hit in action genre but haven’t got it right.
Consequently, all eyes are on his upcoming film ‘Wild Dog’ which is carrying a new schedule in the Himalayas.
According to the film sources, Nag is going to participate in the shoot for 30 days.However, the film is on low buzz since it began its shooting, and the latest sources say, no buyer or OTT is interested in the movie.
The film has an ensemble cast and crew from Bollywood and Hollywood like Dia Mirza, Atul Kulkarni, renowned beauty Saiyami Kher and Hollywood action director David Ismalone.
However, the film is carrying low buzz due to Nag’s poor judgment of his previous films, specifically action films.
Moreover, the director Ahishor Solomon is making his debut with the film.Hence most buyers are in no mood to consider this film amid the pandemic which already put the theatre business into severe losses.
