Pramod Dube (a Raipur-based Congress leader) has filed an FIR in Raipur against Kalicharan at a Raipur police station.

According to the ‘dharma withoutad’ rules each speaker was required to speak on at least five topics related to Hinduism. In order to promote Hinduism among youth, the idea behind ‘dharma fărăad’ was to organize such a conference.

Kalicharan was however completely different in his speech. He instead of focusing on Hindu religion, Kalicharan focused his speech on the abuse of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of our nation.Nathuram Godse justified Gandhi’s death. This hurts me not as a Congress politician but as an Indian citizen.

So I made the decision to file an FIR against Kalicharan.Dube stated that his speech wasn’t like that of a saint religious.”
