Though many expected that she would take a long break after marriage, given her married life, and motherhood that generally follows, she took everyone by surprise.In a media interaction, the actress spoke about her near future.
To everyone’s surprise, she said she is likely to quit films in a couple of years.
‘See, I’m married, and I have a family of my own.Moreover, a heroine’s career is short.I have always given my best on the screen and will continue to do so until my last film.
I think I will only act for the next 2-3 years’, she said.
With Samantha set to retire from film career, many believe that Chaitu – Sam are planning for a kid, and this could be the reason behind her decision.
