Needless to introduce ‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum‘ was a Malayalam film starring Prithviraj and Biju Menon playing the roles of a retired army havildar and a policeman respectively.This is the story of Koshy Kurien and Ayyappan Nair, who lock horns over an incident and have their egos take them on the wild trip which was directed by Sachy who unfortunately passed away recently.
It is known news that the film has now being remade in Telugu with director Saagar Chandra and according to the latest update, the film will have Pawan Kalyan and Rana playing the lead roles.This news is will be officially announced along with the other actors of the film by Sithara entertainments in a couple of days.
Sources state that already full narration is given to Rana two days ago and everything is being made ready for the shoot. The regular shoot of this film is said to begin on January 2nd, 2021, Monday, in Hyderabad after a grand pooja ceremony.
The shooting schedules are heard to be in an Aluminum factory and then in Pollachi where Art Director Prakash is erecting a set.Trivikram penned the dialogue version and will present ‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’ remake.Sithara Entertainments are the producers and Thaman is the music director.Let’s see if this remake can reach up to the Malayalam original film’s standards or even cross it!
