Rome Roma, August 25, : In the very first case of this kind the 36-year-old man in Italy has been confirmed positive for monkeypox, Covid-19, and HIV according to media reports.According to Daily Mail, scientists have identified this as the first instance of someone being positive for the virus all at one time.
The man started to experience an array of symptoms, such as fever, fatigue and sore throatjust nine days after returning from an excursion to Spain earlier in the year.

At this point the lesions on his skin were healed, but they had crusted over leaving tiny scar.
