The number of corona cases across the country has been huge due to the prevalence of Omicron.However, in the wake of the spread of Omicron, many states are tightening their grip on Covid regulations.
Night curfew, and weekend lockdowns imposed across the country.The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said on Monday that 34,113 new corona cases had been reported across the country in the past 24 hours.According to the ministry data, a total of 75.18 crore tests have been conducted in India so far, with 10,67,908 tests conducted in the last 24 hours.There are currently 4,78,882 cases active in the country.
The country has a daily positivity rate of 3.19 per cent and a weekly positivity rate of 3.99 per cent.In addition, 91,930 people have recently recovered from the corona.The number of people who have recovered from the corona so far the country is 4,16,77,641.India’s recovery rate is now 97.68 per cent.The country has recorded 346 deaths in the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 5,09,011.A total of 1,72,95,87,490 vaccine doses have been administered in the country so far under the vaccination drive nationwide.
