GHMC Polls: No Janasena-BJP alliance

Bandi Sanjay says BJP contests alone in 150 divisions in GHMC.

Telangana political parties have been busy ever since Telangana Election Commission has announced the GHMC election schedule.

Expectations are high for Telangana BJP as they are elated after Dubbaka victory.Most BJP activists feel the party will repeat the same result in GHMC poll as well.

There are also strong rumours that Janasena will also collaborate with TG BJP to ensure maximum seats.However, the latest reports say Telangana BJP is going to contest alone in GHMC polls.

Soon after the election schedule released, BJP party chief, Bandi Sanjay has disclosed the news.Sanjay along with Kishan Reddy, Laxman, and a few more leaders have participated in a meet, and said, T-BJP have decided to go alone and cleared they will not take any help from Janasena.

Sanjay said no party has approached to make an ally with BJP for GHMC elections.Further, the Karimnagar MP said MIM would be their prime opponent as TRS is trying to give more number of seats to MIM to contest in GHMC.

Union minister Kishan Reddy has also expressed his confidence that BJP will win the mayor seat in the polls.Meanwhile, it has come as a surprise for Janasena followers who are thinking it would be a cakewalk for BJP if the alliance has happened for the polls.
