TRS leader and Khammam MP Nama Nageswara Rao’s residence and offices have been raided by the Enforcement Directorate on June 11.They conducted raids for about 20 hours.
Officers of the Enforcement Directorate conducted searches at six places, including Nama’s offices and residences in Khammam and Hyderabad.Apart from this, they conducted raids on residences of Madhucon company directors.
During the searches, the ED collected evidence such as important documents, computers, bank transactions etc.On this occasion, they seized cash and documents.
Now, the Enforcement Directorate issued summons to MP Nama Nageswararao.MP Nama Nageswara Rao has been directed to appear before the court on June 25.Officials said summons were issued to Nama Nageswararao in the case of diversion of bank loans to foreign companies.The Enforcement Directorate issued summons to all the accused in the case of irregularities in the Madhucon group of companies.
According to the information available, several documents related to the Ranchi Express Highway project were seized.The statement of Madhucon company directors was also recorded by the ED officers.
The officers made it clear in the summons that MP Nama Nageswarao should appear for a hearing whenever they call.
