Disney+Hotstar Announces Five Tamil Originals

Popular OTT and streaming platform Disney + Hotstar VIP has now added a bunch of new Tamil series and films to its collection to entice the Tamil audience.

The video streaming service yesterday announced its ambitious plans of launching Five Tamil Hotstar Specials shows and movies-before-theatre featuring the best of the Tamil film industry which includes big names in the industry, such as actors Tamannaah, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Seetha and directors Venkat Prabhu and Karthi Subbaraj among others.

List of Tamil films and web series to release on Disney+ Hotstar:

• Mookuthi Amman - This film has Nayanthara playing the lead role and is being directed by RJ.Balaji and NJ.Saravanan.
• Live Telecast - Directed by Gambler fame Venkat Prabhu, this horror series has Kajal Aggarwal, Vaibhav, and Anandhi in important roles.

• My Perfect Husband - Starring Sathyaraj and Seetha, this is a comedy web series with an unconventional story directed by Thamira.
Triples - Produced by Karthik Subbaraj and directed by debutant Charukesh, this comedy series stars Jai Sampath and Vani Bhojan in the lead roles.

• November Story - It is an intriguing female-centric thriller which has Tamannaah Bhatia playing the lead role and is being directed by newcomer Indira Subramanian.
