BJP leaders focused on strengthening the party in Telangana.As part of this, Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay has set up a coordinating committee for those joining the BJP from other parties.
BJP senior leader Nallu Indrasenareddy has been appointed as the chairman of the Joining and Co-ordination Committee.
The committee comprises Swami Gowd, former minister A.Chandrasekhar, D.Ravindra Nayak, former MLC N.Ramachandra Rao along with two other members.Anyone joining the party must first inform the Coordinating Committee.
It is their responsibility to negotiate with those who join the party, to assess their strengths and qualities, and to inform the party leadership.
Bundy Sanjay also set up the Coordinating Committee for ST Assembly constituencies.
BJP leaders will hold a meeting in Hyderabad on the 19th of this month on ST constituencies in the state.Garikapati Mohan Rao has been appointed as the Chairman of the ST Constituency Coordinating Committee.
Chada Suresh Reddy, Katakam Mrityunjayam and Koona Srisailam Goud will be members.
