The Samyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM) said that more than 500 farmers and communities were participating in the Bharat Bandh on Monday in the state.The aim of today’s Bharath bandh is to give support to the farm agitation.

It is demanding legislation on a minimum support price for each crop, an end to the privatization of public sector enterprises, an increase in the daily wages of employment guarantee workers, and a reduction in the prices of petrol, diesel and LPG gas.
