Andhra Pradesh is once again in the grip of a drug scandal.Police have seized large quantities of narcotics from several people in Bhimavaram in West Godavari district for two days.
Police seized five LSD stamps, a gram of MDMA methamphetamine, 20 grams of marijuana and five ecstasy tablets from another man.
Police arrested a man named Singudasu Ritwik, registered a case and launched an investigation.Two others were arrested in separate incidents.Police said Ritwik was studying in Bangalore.
Police are trying to find out how the drugs got to him.
Police seized 8 LSD stamps from Bhimavaram youth Uyyala Rohit.Police seized 100 grams of cannabis and a car from Raja Upendra, a youth from Palakoderu mandal Vendra.After receiving information that Uyyala Rohit was with drugs at a local hotel, the police raided and seized the drugs.
Police have arrested three youths for possession of drugs in Bhimavaram in West Godavari district.Uyyala Rohit studies in bangalore, Raja Upendra from Palakoderu Mandal and Ritwik belongs to Eluru.
