Andhra Pradesh : Atlast bail for Naidu in Skill Development Case

The Andhra Pradesh High Court has granted interim bail to former Chief Minister and TDP national president, Chandrababu Naidu, in the Skill Development case based on health considerations presented by his lawyers.

Naidu is expected to be released later in the evening.

After hearing arguments on Monday, the court reserved its verdict for Tuesday, announcing that Naidu would be granted bail until November 24.The court has instructed Chandrababu Naidu to surrender on November 28, while granting bail specifically in the AP Skill Development case.The regular bail petition has been scheduled for a hearing on November 10.TDP supporters are expressing their relief and joy at the news of Chandrababu Naidus interim bail.Naidu was apprehended by CID officers in Nandyala on September 9 in connection with a skill development case.

He was presented in the ACB Court the following morning and subsequently moved to Rajahmundry Central Jail at 10 pm on remand.For the past 53 days, Chandrababu Naidu has been held at Rajahmundry Central Jail and has been granted bail on health grounds.

In a separate development, the quash petition filed by Andhra Pradesh opposition leader Chandrababu Naidu has been scheduled for a hearing on November 8, with arguments already concluded. .
