The opposition is furious over Jagan’s decision to hold the Assembly sessions amid critical circumstances.

Amid Corona Virus and Nivar Cyclone, the Andhra Pradesh government has decided to start the Assembly sessions from Monday.

The State government has taken the decision all of a sudden and the opposition is reportedly unhappy with it.Winter sessions of the state assembly will begin with effect from Monday.

On Thursday, the government has issued a notification that states the Winter session commences at, 9 am on, November 30.The sessions will go continuously for five days and may extend further.The agenda would be finalised after the Business Advisory Committee meeting on the first day of the session.Reportedly, the Jagan-led government will pass a few crucial bills during the sessions.

Meanwhile, the opposition, Telugu Desam Party has condemned the decision of holding Assembly sessions too early.The TDP leader N Chandrababu Naidu alleged that Jagan is trying to pass a few bills biasedly.

TDP spokesman P Ashok Babu said there are reports that the session goes without having any question hour and the Jagan-led government is not even allowing media to cover the Assembly sessions.
