Allu Arjun says ‘Palasa 1978’ has some good moments.
New director J Karuna Kumar’s ‘Palasa 1978’ was released in March this year and got favourable reviews from the critics and audience equally.
As the subject is on high-caste vs backward community, a few compared it with Tamil blockbuster ‘Asuran’ which has been re-filming in Telugu with Victory Venkatesh.The success has given a golden opportunity to the director as he got a call from Geetha Arts to work on a film.
His joy has doubled recently as the Tollywood’s Stylish Star Allu Arjun heaped all praises on the director.A couple of days ago, Allu Arjun has watched ‘Palasa 1978’ and said the film has many good moments.
“Congratulations to the entire team of Palasa 1978.Watched it and met the director the very next morning.
Wonderful attempt with a great underlying message.It had so many good moments.I personally liked it (sic).” tweeted Allu Arjun.
Earlier, Geetha Arts has reportedly paid an advance check to Karuna Kumar who won national awards for his short films.It is not sure for whom the director is going to helm the project.
