Akshay Kumar is a well-known Indian actor, famous for performing his own stunts in movies.Recently, when he was shooting for his upcoming film, “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” in Scotland he injured his knees while performing a stunt with his co-star Tiger Shroff.
Despite the injury, Kumar is determined to continue shooting and has put the action sequences on hold while he completes the rest of his scenes.He is keen on ensuring that there are no delays in wrapping up the Scotland schedule.Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Jackky Bhagnani’s Pooja Entertainment, the film also stars Sonakshi Sinha and Prithviraj Sukumaran.“Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” is a follow-up to the Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda starrer movie of the same name.
Earlier this month, Zafar shared a picture on social media from the set of the film, expressing his satisfaction with shooting real stunts on real locations.He mentioned using guns, tanks, cars, and live explosions with one of the world’s best technical and action crews.
Apart from “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” Kumar is all set to make his Marathi debut with “Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat,” a Mahesh Manjrekar directorial in which he will play the role of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.He also has other movies in the pipeline, including “The Biopic of Jaswant Singh Gill” and the next installment of “Hera Pheri” with Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal.
