pposition leader YS Jagan today criticized AP CM Chandrababu about farmer loans waiver.In a press meet he stated that Babu cheated innocent farmers by doing partial farm loan waiver.
Jagan said that Chandra Babu gave false promises despite fully knowing the weak financial condition of the state.Jagan said that it will be a joke if Chandra Babu or himself does not know the financial condition of the state after state division.
Alleging that Naidu has “cheated people” and became CM of the State, he said YSR Congress will intensify the protests.The leader of opposition asked his party cadre and people to stage protests against Babu decision.
He told reporters that Naidu’s effigies will be burnt during the protests.
‘’ Chandrababu made false promises to come to power by deceiving people .He cheated people by doing only 35000 Crores loan waiver for the existing one lakh Crore loans .He is trying to bring down total crop loan amount to Rs 37000 crore as against SLBC amount of 87000 crore.No clarity over when and how the loans would be waived off.For three days starting from Thursday, Narakasura Vadha to be observed.Babu’s effigies would be burnt as part of the programme.’’Jagan said
Jagan came down heavily against a section of media which was acting in cahoots with the ruling dispensation and was trying to defend Chandrababu.
He asked the media to keep politics aside and speak out for the farmers and the people.Jagan calls all political parties, including the BJP, to join the pro-farmer, pro-Dwcra fight against TDP.
Its known that Naidu on Monday announced waiver of loans of Rs.43,000 crore of farmers, women’s groups and waivers.
