If recent reports to be believed from Tollywood sources ,Director Gunasekhar has decided to rope in Ravi Teja to play a key role in the historical film Rudrama Devi .The exact role of Ravi Teja is yet to be announced, but it is expected to be a key role in the film which will lost for 15 minutes.
Prince Mahesh Babu is supposed to play the role, but due to unknown reasons he has come out of the project and Raviteja agreed play that same.Although there is no official confirmation from makers, it is making rounds in film circles.
Raviteja and Guna earlier worked for Nippu which ends disaster at BO.In fact, some feel the friendship between Ravi Teja and Gunasekhar is the main reason behind this move
Rudrama Devi stars Anushka in the title role while Rana and a host of top actors are part of this big-budget film.The film has Illayaraja scoring the music while Thota Tharani is taking care of sets.Huge sets have been erected for the film in the outskirts of Hyderabad.
The movie also stars Nithya Menon, Prakash Raj, Baba Sehgal, Krishnam Raju, Zara Shah, Hamsa Nandini and Catherine Tresa among several other actors
