With the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) making the investigation aggressive in the murder case of YS Vivekananda Reddy, one of the pirme accused Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy seems imminent.With this Avinash Reddy has approached the Telangana High court for an anticipatory bail.
The High Court posted the hearing to Tuesday hearing the petition on Monday.So everyone waited eagerly to know what the court would say on this.Another twist hit the case today.After hearing the arguments the high court bench issued an interim order directing CBI not to make any arrests until the 25th of this month.
During the hearing of the petition, the High Court agreed with the arguments of Avinash Reddy’s lawyer and issued an interim order.
The court directed the CBI to audio and video record the entire investigation.
Also, Avinash Reddy has been ordered to attend the CBI investigation from tomorrow till April 25th.Also, it said that the final verdict on the anticipatory bail petition will be given on the 25th.
For the unversed, the CBI officials have arrested Uday Kumar Reddy, a close aide and confident of Avinash Reddy.With the information extracted during the probe, the officials also arrested YS Bhaskar Reddy for tampering the evidence at the murder site.
Moreover, the CBI also has summoned Avinash Reddy to appear before them for questioning.
