The infamous murder case of Andhra Pradesh former MP YS Vivekananda Redy is turning out to be curious with each passing day.As we all know that the Central Bureau of Investigation officials have arrested YS Bhaskar Reddy and Uday Kumar Reddy as part of the investigation citing the accused as tampered the evidence.
YS Bhaskar Reddy is the father of Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy and Uday Kumar Reddy is the confidante of Avinash Reddy.As per the information during the questioning, the CBI is likely to arrest the Kadapa MP too.
Meanwhile, the verdict on the custody petition of YS Bhaskar Reddy and Uday Kumar Reddy, who were arrested in Viveka’s murder case, will be pronounced today the CBI Court.The CBI sleuths has filed a petition seeking to give YS Bhaskar Reddy and Uday Kumar Reddy to custody for 10 days while YS Bhaskar Reddy and Udaya Kumar Reddy also filed the bail petition.
The CBI court is likely to deliver its verdict today after completing the arguments on this petition.On the other hand, the Telangana High Court on Tuesday will continue the hearing of YS Avinash Reddy’s anticipatory bail petition in YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case.
The High Court which heard the petition on Monday postponed the hearing and directed the CBI not to summon the Kadapa MP on Tuesday till 4PM.
