Massey revealed that “Gaslight” is a classic whodunit with certain tropes and limitations that come with the genre. However, his character, Kapil, has his own grey areas and a lot of human elements that the audience can relate to.
The movie is streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from Friday, i.e Today.According to cinema reviewers, “Gaslight” suffers from a slow pace and an uninteresting screenplay.
The movie has severe pacing issues, making it challenging to appreciate the sincere performances. While fans of gritty films may be able to endure it, others might feel the need to pause or stop the movie altogether, especially within the first half-hour.
