The Khammam BRS is facing internal issues.The trouble created by former MP Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy had spread to other leaders as well.Leaders are openly criticising each other.On one hand, the gap between rebel leader Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy and the party is increasing and the other leaders are also going alone with a lack of unity.
Out of ten Assembly seats in the combined Khammam district, the BRS managed to win just one seat.Puvvada Ajay kumar who won from Khammam is serving as the Transport Minister.
There is a talk that he is not mingling with other leaders and going ahead alone.His nature is causing issues for the BRS leaders.
Recently BRS working president KTR held Atmiya Sammelanam program in Khammam aiming to gather all the party workers and leaders to prepare them to be active and United for the upcoming Assembly elections.In the Atmiya Sammelanam, Khammam MP Nama Nageswara Rao expressed his dissatisfaction with minister Puvvada’s nature openly.
Though he did not take any name, he said that he is not invited to any programs.
Senior leader like Nama making such comments at the Atmiya Sammelanam held by KTR created a sensation among BRS circles.His comments about not getting an invitation to the government’s official events has raised many eyeballs.
Nama said that he will come anywhere if invited but he is being ignored.
Everyone was shocked to hear Nama requesting local leaders to make him also a part of the state’s development.He also said that he would rectify the issues and will try to sort it out.Nama’s comments started a new debate in the BRS.
