Mumbai 13th September : Tusshar Kapoor is all set to play an officer in the police force in his upcoming film ‘Maarrich’ with Naseeruddin Shah.”Maarrich” is the second project of the actor and producer who has delivered films that have been a hit, such as ‘Mujhe Kehna Hai’, ‘Khakee’ , and ‘Golmaal’.He stated: “This film is very close to my heart due to numerous reasons.”Maarrich” is my 2nd film following ‘Laxmii’ as a producer.I will also be returning with Naseeruddin Shah Saab following a long period of time.”
The film was written and directed by DhruvLather The film has been described as a mystery thriller.
Tusshar was in production in 2020 with the Akshay Kumar-directed “Laxmii”.He has been seen with Naseeruddin Shah in the biographical drama “The Dirty Picture”.
The actor-producer stated that his character in “Maarrich” is different and also challenging.”The film has tested my acting abilities in many ways, as it’s a completely different style of roles I’ve been associated with in the past.I hope that the audience will like this new color of mine” Tusshar added.
The announcement of the release date was made by the director.he stated: “Super excited to bring “Maarrich” to audiences in cinemas on the 9th of December.”
