Chennai 9th September : Following the success of her debut single ‘Edge’ by actress-singer Shruti Haasan has released her next single called ‘She is A Hero’.Written, composed and performed by Shruti herself the song, which includes the famous rapper MC Altaf, was released on Shruti’s official You Tube channel on Friday.
In her reaction to the launch of her second track, which is her own original “She Is A Hero”, Shruti said: ” I’m thrilled to finally release my second single, and it’s with so many talented artists and with something I am passionate about being a woman “.
“‘She is a Hero’ is a song that brings diverse artists and a variety of genres to highlight the triumphs and struggles of women.
A real musical collaboration The track brings together the unique taste of MC Altaf’s of music that complements Shruti’s lyrical and vocal talents perfectly.
“The track was created by Karan Kanchan and Karan Parikh, while visual artist Santanu Hazarika has donned the creative director’s hat on this track.
Screenwriter and lyrics writer Niranjan Iyengar has penned the additional Hindi lyrics for Shruti’s song,” said a source.
“The video of the track features women who are from the NGO Shiksha Seva Foundation, which makes this track even more memorable,” the source adds.
