While many are detained at the border of Iran and Turkey which have turned into transit areas for illegal immigrants and are deported to Pakistan while others are pushed to death when authorities in Greece employ disproportionate force to force them to return to Turkey.

Sources who are privy to the shadowy industry of human trafficking have told The Express Tribune that many greedy agents in the Punjab’s districts, including Wazirabad, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Sialkot, Lala Musa and Jhelum are transferring innocent victims, not aware of the risks of the routes towards European nations via Iran as well as Turkey.
