Mumbai 1st of September : Actor Adhik Mehta says celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi for the first time in Mumbai was an unforgettable experience.He states: “I’m glad that I had the pleasure of experiencing the Ganpati celebration here in Mumbai.It’s a completely different experience here.I used to watch the celebrations on the news prior to my move to this area in Mumbai.Since I was from Delhi and was raised in Delhi and Mumbai, the celebrations here are to me as a surprise.”
“I’m certain to bring my parents over to visit next year, and, if all goes well, I’ll do my best to make it a success to welcome Bappa home.He has blessed me that since moving here , I’m able to put on decent shows and delight my fans.I hope he will keep his blessings on me and assists me establish myself as a great actor.”
Adhik who has been included in shows like “Choti Sarrdaarni and ‘Bepanah Pyaar”, claims he was a devotee of puja, as well as various other rituals while filming.
He states: “As for the pandemic this year, the festival was not celebrated in a high in the key.Therefore, I was unable to experience the original flavor of the Ganpati celebration here.Finally, I was able to witness this year’s event.
We were able to celebrate the event on our stage and I can tell you that I felt like bappa was in my house, only.Since the set is my home away from home and my co-actors will be my extended family in this town.”
