Ranchi 30 August : In the midst of the political turmoil in Jharkhand the preparations are in the process of shifting the MLAs from the ruling coalition to Chhattisgarh’s capital city, Raipur.On Tuesday, the MLAs from the coalition once again were gathered at the CM House in Ranchi.
A specially-scheduled flight was planned for the Birsa Munda Airport in Ranchi.According to the information provided by Raipur the rooms have been booked for the months of August 30 and 31 in the resort called Mayfair.
Twelve IPS and DSP officers of the DSP level are reportedly on duty to ensure the protection of the hotel.The SP has also issued a notice concerning the deployment of officers.
The rooms at the resort were taken just two days ago.
Ministers Badal Patralekh, Banna Gupta, Champai Soren and Jagarnath Mahto, along with Congress MLAs Shilpi Neha Tirkey, Umashankar Akela, JMM MLA Sarfaraz Ahmed, Sudivya Kumar Sonu and a host of other MLAs arrived at the residence of the Chief Minister around 11 eleven o’clock on Tuesday.It is also reported that all MLAs are required to arrive with bags and luggage.On the other side, Congress’ national general secretary and Jharkhand in-charge Avinash Pandey has been camping in Ranchi for the past four days.
He also arrived at CM House at 2 p.m.
Jharkhand Mukti Morcha’s (JMM) central general secretary Binod Pandey said that all MLAs have been summoned to the residence of the Chief Minister.The Chief Minister is expected to have an appointment with the MLAs and further strategies is to be discussed.
When asked if the MLAs were being removed of the state, he replied that any decision will be taken in the meeting in the meeting.
“A plot is being devised by the BJP to overthrow the Jharkhand government.
They are trying to write a chapter in black here, but they do not realize the alliance we have is solid,” Minister Banna Gupta declared.
In the meantime the the Chief Minister Hemant Soren has called a meeting of the Jharkhand cabinet on September 1.
According to the information that are available, the MLAs will go back to Ranchi on September 1 after being in Raipur for two days.Following the meeting of Cabinet members at 4 at 4 in the evening, followed by an assembly of Grand Alliance MLAs, further strategies will be determined.
If the governor’s choice is made in the interim, the strategy is developed according to the governor’s decision.
