London 30 August : Singer Halsey has confessed that she was suffering from “terrible food poisoning” at the Reading and Leeds festival.The 27-year-old singer posted on social media that she were at the festival in spite of having been struck by a serious illness of food poisoning according to femalefirst.co.uk.
Halsey wrote: “No idea how I’m still alive after my Leeds set.I’m suffering from terrible food poisoning and I’m still sick! It began yesterday at 2pm and I miraculously made it to the stage (after the medical team at the festival ).They were so helpful).”
She has performed in shows under the conditions of “messed bad circumstances” in the past.
However, the singer believes this latest drama “the most traumatic in recent time”.
Halsey said: “Felt like I was in Jupiter throughout the entire time.Thank you so much for being awesome and letting me do whatever it took to get through the show! You were an unreal audience under any conditions, let alone in these.”
The ‘Gasoline’ singer then posted a photo of themselves receiving medical treatment.In the picture, Halsey is seen slouched on a couch as they are assisted by medical professionals.
In the past, Halsey has hinted at reducing their workload in light of their ongoing health problems.
The singer posted on Instagram to talk about the possibility of cutting back on their schedule because of their battle with endometriosis, a condition that can cause severe pain.
