Chennai 24 August : Actress Suriya began filming for Siva’s upcoming action film which is slated to be titled #Suriya42 on Wednesday.The film was officially inaugurated with the pooja ceremony Sunday.
In a post on Twitter, Suriya said: “Shoot begins! Thank you for every blessing you can get!”

The film is produced by Studio Green Gnanavel Raja and Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer.Cinematography for the film was created by Vetri Palanisamy.
He has produced a number of superhit films, including the Ajith-starrer ‘Veeram’ as well as “Vedalam”.
Richard Kevin, who did an excellent job editing megahits like the critically highly acclaimed “Vikram Vedha as well as the web series that was recently released “Suzhal,” is now the editor of the film.
