Jerusalem 22nd August : Monkeypox cases in Israel have reached 208, with 11 cases being detected in the last four days the Health Ministry of the country’s Health Ministry said.As of now more than 2,000 people who are at risk of contracting the virus have been vaccine-vaccinated in Israel with two doses of vaccine to fight the disease, according to the Ministry on Sunday.
Israel in the latter part of July, announced that it would be launching a vaccination plan for people who are at risk, with the shipment of 5,600 doses manufactured by Danish firm Bavarian Nordic.The shipment of additional doses of 4,400 is scheduled to arrive in September, Xinhua news agency reported.
The Ministry said it was looking at expanding the criteria for vaccination to allow greater use of all doses and to purchase additional doses of vaccine.
