New Delhi, Aug 19 : Delhi on Friday reported a decrease in its Covid total in the past 24 hours with 1,417 as compared to 1,964 reported the previous day.Moreover, there were three deaths, according to the Delhi health bulletin. While at the same time the Covid positive level of the city has gone down to 7.53 percent.The count of active cases is 6,146, of the 4,216 who are treated in isolation at home.
With 2,094 patients being treated in the past 24 hours the number of recuperations has risen to 19,59,215; and Delhi’s total caseload is 19,91,772 and death toll has increased to 26,411.
The total number of Covid containment zones is at 314.
The total of 18,829 new tests — 13,430 RTPCR and 5,399 Rapid Antigen were performed in the past 24 hours, bringing the total to 3,97,903,352.32,387 vaccines were given – 2,069 first doses and 4,908 second doses and 25,410 doses of precaution.
The number of vaccine-affected beneficiaries as of now stands at 3,6167,105 as per the health bulletin.
