The co-star Jasmin Savoy Brown who joined the series in the role of Mindy Meeks-Martin in the fifth installment of the series this year posted candid photos on BeReal of the two of them seated in makeup and hair trailer.

“Will Mindy & Kirby be friends? Hayden thinks yes, but I believe that’s not the case,” Brown, 28 posted with the post after she took over the film’s Facebook account.

Panetierre previously spoke about her experience with People about her return to the Scream franchise and this will be her first movie in 8 years.”I’m extremely happy that this will be my first film back because I have so many nostalgic memories of working on Scream 4,” she told us earlier.

“I am in love with the Kirby character and I love her sass and it feels like I’m back and I’m familiar with her,” Panetierre added of playing Kirby.”So it’s a bit less intimidating.I’m excited.I’m very excited.”

According to People the post on Saturday is the result of Neve Campbell made a “very difficult choice” not to reprise her role in the upcoming sixth installment in the Scream franchise, after having starred in the initial five films.

“Sadly I will not make the next Scream film.As a woman, I’ve been working extremely hard in my professional life to prove my worth in relation to Scream,” she said in an interview with People.”I found that the offer made to me was not appropriate to the value I’ve added to the franchise.”

After her role in Wes Craven’s first film, a teen slasher she was last seen in the fifth film that debuted earlier in the year.It was directed by Ready or Not directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, it was the first film in the series not to have Craven associated with it, after he died of brain cancer in August of 2015.

People further reports that Courteney Cox has announced her return to the franchise and she was seen on the film’s Montreal set in the month of October.

She previously provided an update on the Just for Variety podcast in December, after receiving the script.

“I haven’t finished reading it yet I just picked it up .” she told me in the moment.”I’m looking forward to reading it, and I’m sure that they’ll begin filming.I believe, in June, in Canada.”

“I don’t know if allowed to talk about anything.Tell me about about the killer!” Cox, 58, joked.
