New York, Aug 6 : A McDonald’s employee in the city of New York’s Brooklyn who was killed point-blank in an argument over french fries that were cold has died police reported.Following the shooting that occurred on Monday night, Matthew Webb, 23 was in life support in Brookdale Hospital and died on Friday, according to the DPA news agency quoting the police in a statement.
The suspect, Michael Morgan, 20 who is who is accused of shooting the worker at a fast food restaurant in the face due to he was furious about how the restaurant treated his mother’s fry request is likely to be indicted with murder.
“The suspects are anticipating the possibility of homicide accusations in the case as that the victim is on life support at present,” Assistant District Attorney Luis Paternina said at Morgan’s Thursday arraignment.

“She was holding his gun,” said Paternina.
