New Delhi, Aug 5 : Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday attacked the Congress for holding a national protest, saying that the issue of inflation and unemployment were merely excuses, since its primary goal was to oppose the Ram Mandir by staging demonstrations in black attire.
According to Shah that, since the start of the current Monsoon Session of the Parliament The Congress is protesting over price hikes and the increase in GST on the essentials, as well as unemployment in ordinary clothes.

However, its decision to wear black on the 5th of August which is regarded to be Ayodhya Diwas, was intended to discredit Ram Bhakts and to oppose the building of the Ram temple.

Shah stated that on the 5th of August in 2020, prime minister Narendra Modi has performed Bhoomi Pujan in Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya, which is regarded as a sacred spot by millions of Indians in which the building of the magnificent Ram temple is proceeding in full speed.

Shah stated that after Independence the Congress that was in control, did not do anything to resolve the long-running Ram temple issue However, Prime Minister Modi solved the issue peacefully and laid the foundation stones for Ram Janmabhoomi with immense pride.

“The Congress does not have the courage to express this out loud, but the present day, its strategy of appeasement politics is still in place.Today, all Congress workers wore black attire to subliminally send their message that they oppose both the the foundation stone as well as the construction of the magnificent Ram temple.” Shah said.
