Poonam Kaur spoke to the media in tears as part of these promotions.Poonam said .“I could not stop the tears as the media came forward after many days.I wanted to leave the movies and go.In 2017, 18 I wanted to get married and wanted to go US.But it was the movie that changed my life.I will not do any more movies later.
I thought I would get married and leave for the US, and I told the same in house.But after much suffering I realized.Every day I think of Sita, Durga and Draupadi .That’s why I got so much energy and courage.”
“Middle class girls like me have a lot of dreams.Specially about wedding.That wedding dream was shattered by some.But in Indian culture there is how women should be brave and fight.I was inspired by that.My mother was very supportive in this matter.
