The PRC of employees in AP has come to a full stop to the panchayat.The Committee of Ministers’ negotiations with the unions were successful.
The government has agreed to some of the major demands of the employees.The unions withdrew their decision to strike.
Employees who will be on strike from the 7th of this month have announced that they have withdrawn that decision.Job union leaders called on all employees to attend to their duties.
They will also thank CM Jagan on Sunday, February 06, 2022.
The Committee of Ministers has done an in-depth study on their demands.
The abolition of the CPS agreed to demands such as the implementation of the PRC for five years.For contract and outsourcing employees PRC guarantees implementation after probationary period.
The government has promised to implement HRA at 10 per cent for those with a population of 50,000, 12 per cent for those with a population of 50,000 to 2 lakh, 16 per cent for those with a population of 2 lakh to 50 lakh and 24 per cent for areas with a population of over 50 lakh.It also said 24 per cent of employees working in the secretariat would be subject to HRA enforcement.
However, it has stated that it will not increase the fitment.
AP NGO leader Bandi Srinivas said the government had responded positively to their demands and assured them that they would meet the key demands put forward by the government.
He said they had a two-day long discussion with the Committee of Ministers to explain the injustice done to them.He said the government had done them good by giving five DAs at once.
That is why they announced that they were withdrawing their decision to strike.A positive agreement was reached on a total of 17 issues.
