Telangana BJP chief Bandi Sanjay got a bail today.However, the party protests are still continuing.The BJP wants G.O 317 to be re-reviewed.Protesting against this, the BJP called for a state bandh on the 10th of this month (Monday).The BJP has appealed to the teachers to make the bandh a success.BJP alleges that with G.O 317 teachers are losing the opportunity to work in their own area.
On Sunday, Bandi Sanjay conducted a vigil condemning G.O.317.He was arrested on violating the Covid restrictions.He was remanded in custody for 14 days.Challenging this, Bandi Sanjay approached the High Court and was granted bail.
The remand was quashed by the High Court.The BJP Legal Cell told media that the High Court had ordered the immediate release of Bandi Sanjay.
Earlier, police had registered 10 cases against Bandi Sanjay Kumar.It is learned that on Sunday police filed a case for violating the covid regulations.
Along with these 10 other cases were filed against him which include 3 sections from the Disaster Management Act.
Bandi Sanjay warns that if G.O 317 is not to be withdrawn immediately, the movement will intensify.
