The state capital issue has raised political turmoil in AP politics.A war of words is going on between the ruling party YCP and the opposition party TDP.
In this context, the comments made by Minister Peddireddy Ramachandrareddy are going viral.He made key remarks on the concluding ceremony of the Maha Padayatra held in Tirupati.
He said the three capitals for AP is inevitable and the three capitals bill would be tabled in the assembly soon.The minister told that it was their decision to have three capitals and there would be no change in that.
Minister Peddireddy said that it was not a farmers’ movement.He accused the TDP of running the Amaravati movement.
Amravati farmers held a huge rally in Tirupati while TDP chief Chandrababu, top Left leaders Narayana, Ramakrishna, BJP leaders and Janasena representatives were present.Amravati is the only AP capital.
Chandrababu chanted the slogan “One state, one capital” in the Tirupati meeting.Speaking in the Tirupati meeting, Chandrababu lashed out at the YCP government.
The Mahapadayatra ‘Nyayasthanam to Devasthanam’ initiated by Amaravati farmers and women ended recently in Tirupati.
