Former Telangana Speaker Madhusudanachary gets MLC position under Governor quota

Former Speaker of the Telangana Legislative Assembly Sirikonda Madhusudanachary has been elected as the MLC in the Governor quota.The file was sent to the Raj Bhavan proposing Madhusudanachary’s name for the MLC position under Governor Kota.Governor Tamilisai approved it.

The Telangana government on Tuesday also issued a gazette notification related to this.Suspense has continued so far over to whom the chief minister will give a chance for the MLC position in the governor quota.So far, several names have been proposed by the state government.

Initially, Kaushik Reddy was nominated as the MLC candidate under the Governor quota.

However, the Governor rejected the proposal, and the state government sent another candidate.

Finally, Governor approved the former speaker of the Telangana Assembly Sirikonda Madhusudanachary as the MLC under the Governor quota.

On the other hand, recently, TRS supremacy elected five MLC candidates under the MLA quota.

The five elected TRS members are Kadiam Srihari, Venkatrami Reddy, Thakkellapalli Ravinder Rao, Gutta Sukhender Reddy and Padi Kaushik Reddy.With Kaushik Reddy getting MLC in MLA quota, Madhusudanachari was given MLC under the Governor quota.
