New Delhi, December 13 : .Monday’s Leader of Congress Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury raised concern about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Twitter account being compromised during Zero Hour.
“If it is possible to compromise the account of the Prime Minister, how will the Twitter accounts for the ordinary man be protected?” He asked.

He said also that, at the time that the government plans to ban cryptocurrencies from its Twitter account, the PM’s Twitter handle has been compromised.

A link was tweeted indicating that the government will recognize cryptocurrencies.He said, “The government needs to clarify with the Parliament whether or not it will recognise crytocurrency.”

Pratima Mondal, leader of Trinamool Congress raised the topic of Omicron’s new Covid version.She said that our country is now suffering from a silent pandemic.

Her concerns included education in Covid-19, online schooling, and the dearth of literacy and digital services.

She suggested that more funds be given to support those who have lost parents and to psycho-social education.

Kunwar Danish Ali, BSP, raised a demand for the return of the Citizen Amendment Act.(CAA).He stated that Prime Minister Modi had rescinded the controversial farm laws and that he would do the same with the CAA.Also, he must ensure that students and activists are not subject to any further legal action.

Shiv Sena’s Vinayak Raut raised the issue of unseasonal rain in Maharashtra and highlighted its severe impact as he requested appropriate relief from the National Disaster Relief Fund.

During the Zero Hour, members of the Congress and other likeminded parties also staged a walkout from the House in protest against their demand for a reply from the government on the issue raised by the Congress President Sonia Gandhi.

She raised the issue of passage in the question paper of Central Board of Secondary Examination on December 11, 2021 which was derogatory and regressive for women and asked CBSE to withdraw the question and tender an apology.

Chowdhury said they were walking out in protest against the Government’s lackadaisical attitude.
