The meteorological department forecasts heavy rains for the two Telugu states again as another low pressure formed in the Bay of Bengal.However, the farmers are struggling with unseasonal rains.Crops in many areas were severely affected.
Andhra Pradesh(Andhra Pradesh) will also receive rains in the next 24 hours, the Meteorological office said.
It said there would be moderate rains for three days in coastal and Rayalaseema areas due to low pressure.On the other hand, already two districts in AP are inundated.
Currently, the situation in the Nellore district is worse.After four days of incessant torrential rain, public life came to standstill.
Nellore district received an average rainfall of 24.01 mm.The Raporu zone received 78.2 mm, and Kanigiri received 70.0 mm of rainfall.The IMD has already issued warnings of heavy to moderate rains in AP, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra for the next three days.
All fishermen in coastal areas are advised not to go fishing till November 13.
Also, the heavy rains are lashing Tirupati.The floodwaters were logged at knee depth.It has been raining since 5 pm on Saturday.It will continue to rain for another three days, Meteorological Department officials said.
