Corona second wave is going to be a big blow for Bollywood big-budget films ??

The effect of the second wave of coronavirus is visible in Bollywood.

The Maharashtra government is now planning to postpone the release of Bollywood movies.

Due to Covid-19, restrictions were imposed on theaters, malls, and multiplexes.The film Sooryavanshi, starring Akshay Kumar under the direction of Rohit Shetty, is scheduled to release on April 30 but has been postponed again.

There is an interesting debate going on whether the remaining films be postponed on the same grounds.Salman-Radhe, John Abraham-Satyameva Jayate, Ajay Devgan-Shamshera, Imran Hashmi-Chehre, and Saif Ali Khan-Bunty Aur Bubbly-2 films are also being considered for postponement.

Last week, the Maharashtra state government decided to impose a curfew in the state from 8:00 pm to 7:00 am, as a record number of cases have been reported.Under these circumstances, the producers are reluctant to release the films.

Despite this night curfew, the authorities have decided to take a tough decision to declare the lock-down until April 30 as cases are on the rise.Finally, the ‘Sooryavanshi’ film is not releasing as per the schedule.

There is no clarity over the lockdown that it will be relaxed or will be extended after April 30.This is going to be a big blow for Bollywood.
