Coming to the present, CII Partnership Summit is going on in Visakhapatnam under the leadership of Chandrababu Naidu.AP government has expected 7 lakh crore investments from this summit.
But much to the surprise of the governement, more than 10 lakh crore investments hae come to the state.The agreements have been already signed as per the government.
AP government has announced that 4 lakh crore worth agreements have been signed on the first day of the Partnership Summit.Six lakh crore worth agreements have been signed on the second day of the summit.

Energy sector attracted investments worth 2.02 lakh crore, Industries – 2.01 lakh crore, investments to APCRDA – 1.24 lakh crores, Investments to R&B – 74 thousand crores, Investments to AP townships – 40 thousand crores, Textiles – 18.5 thousand crores, Higher Education – 16.7 thousand cores, Mining – 11 thousand crores, Tourism – 7 thousand crores, Food processing – 6 thousand crores, IT sector – 4.8 thousand crores… etc.
