Will World War III take place?

Going by the latest developments, it looks like the world is likely to witness World War III.After the US confirmed that it joined Iraqi forces in the attack on Iran’s General Qasem Soleimani, the world shrunk into fears of a global war.

While US President Donald Trump justified the attack on Iran, claiming that Qasem had plans for terror attacks on New Delhi and they had to foil the plans.Meanwhile, Iran hit back strongly at the US.‘We have decided on how to respond to the attack by US-led coalition forces.The US will be held responsible for all the criminal adventure going against us, and the consequences that would be followed’, said Iran’s Supreme National Security Council.

The US further justified alleging Iran of state-sponsored terrorism, and gross violation of the charter drafted by the UN.‘Whether World War III takes place or not solely depends on how Iran retaliates.Whatever said and done, any kind of violence from Iran surely demands more from the US-led coalition.
