Viveka Murder case : CBI arguments Vs Avinash Reddy

With the Supreme Court setting a deadline, the CBI has expedited the mysterious murder case of YS Vivekananda Reddy and now it is inching towards tracing the real culprits.

Over the last couple of years, the infamous murder case has taken upteen turns.

Now the new investigation officer taking over the case, the CBI special team has arrested YS Bhaskar Reddya father of Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy and Uday Kumar Reddy, the confidante of Avinash Reddy as both of them were found tampering with the evidence at the crime scene.With this, there were media reports that Avinash Reddy will arrested soon, and the Kadapa MP was summoned the central investigation agency for questioning.

Avinash Reddy too approached the Telangana High court for an anticipatory bail from preventing his arrest and this strengthen the media reports.Now the lawyers of CBI and Avinash Reddy are at logger heads in the Telangana High court.

The High court bench too asked the CBI about the arrest.“Will you arrest Avinash Reddy?” questioned the court to CBI.“If there is credible evidence that he was involved in the murder, for sure he will be arrested,” informed the CBI to the court.The hearing of Avinash’s bail petition continued on Tuesday and today the CBI made shocking revelations that Avinash was involved in Viveka’s murder and it’s a Rs 40 crore deal.

“We have questioned Avinash four times but he did not cooperate with the investigative agency.Yet we gathered all the technical and scientific evidence against Avinash and according to this, he has knowledge that Viveka will be killed,” said the CBI advocates to the High Court.

“Before and after Viveka’s murder, Sunil Yadav and Uday Kumar Reddy were at Avinash’s residence.And on the day of Viveka’s murder, Avinash was in Jammalamadugu and with mobile network, we found that he was at his home and the probe agency believes that he was involved in the murder.

On that night, his phone was very busy.We wanted to know why was a murder pictured as a normal death by heart attack,” said the CBI lawyers.

With CBI making it clear, all roads for the Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy have almost closed.Going by the media reports, getting anticipatory bail is highly unlikely.

On the other side, Avinash Reddy alleged foul play against him in this case.“There’s an attempt to falsely accuse me in the case.

So, I’m requesting the court to accept my anticipatory bail request.I wasn’t the accused in the case from the start.

Now all of sudden I’m a main accused.How is that possible?” Avinash stated.What’s more shocking is that Avinash Reddy alleged Sunitha’s involvement in the case.

“Viveka had extra marital affair and even married second time.His kid with his second wife.

Sunitha is rattled with it and hence she seeked revenge.She even took away Viveka’s cheque Power.Viveka had multiple illegal businesses” Avinash said.
