Ravi Teja’s ‘Khiladi’ Director Tests Positive For COVID-19

Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja got a major boost with the success of Krack.

He suffered from back-to-back flops from the past three years and the Sankranti winner proved to be a huge sigh of relief.

We have already reported that Ravi Teja is already working on his next film titled Khiladi under the direction of Veera fame Ramesh Varma.Now the latest update is that director Ramesh Varma has been tested positive for COVID-19.

Confirming the same, Ramesh Varma tweeted saying, ”Hello everyone…I have tested positive for #Covid19 and quarantined myself as a part of a safeguard measure.Please wear the mask and try not to go out unnecessarily! Stay safe guys, love you all”.

After this news, the shooting of this film which is in the last legs has been put on hold and all the cast and crew are under home quarantine.Another news is that Ravi Teja has also canceled the shooting of his next movie with director Sarath Mandava as well.

The film was launched a few days back and now it has been stopped due to the ongoing situation.The film Khiladi has two leading ladies- Meenakshi Chaudhary and Dimple Hayathi.

Khiladi is being bankrolled by Satyanarayana Koneru and it has music by Devi Sri Prasad.The film is scheduled to hit the screens on 28th May 2021.

However, it is unlikely to stick to this release date given the current situation.Keep watching this space for more updates!.
