Nithya Menen’s Village Tale: ‘Kumari Srimathi’ Premieres On That Day– Mark Your Calendar!

Nithya Menen is set to star in a new web series titled Kumari Srimathi, which is based in a village in East Godavari.

The series consists of seven episodes and centers around a 30-year-old woman challenging the traditional norms and stereotypes of her village by living life on her own terms.

Apart from Nithya Menen, the show features notable actors like Nirupam Paritala, Gautami, Thiruveer, Talluri Rameswari, Naresh, and Murali Mohan in important roles.The release date for Kumari Srimathi is scheduled for September 28, 2023, on Prime Video.

The motion poster for the series was recently unveiled, featuring a voiceover introducing the lead character, Kumari Srimathi.It highlights her ambition to be independent, run a business, and handle family responsibilities without the desire to marry, positioning her as a unique and unconventional character.

Producer Swapna Dutt described the show as a celebration of determination, resilience, and family bonds.Kumari Srimathi explores domestic dynamics, challenges societal norms, and showcases personal aspirations while delivering emotional and entertaining content.

The series, directed by Gomtesh Upadhye, is produced by Early Monsoon Tales, a web division of Vyjanyanthi Entertainments, known for its 50-year legacy.It will be released in Telugu, with dubbed versions available in Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam.
