As you have been reported earlier, Sharat Chandra, a novel writer has filed case under copy right act and couple of other sections on Mahesh Babu, Koratala Siva and producer Naveen with an allegation of copying his story line for their movie Srimanthudu.
Since Srimanthudu released, the writer has been repeatedly stating that Koratala Siva has stolen the story of Srimanthudu from his story “Chacchenta Prema”.
The court has responded on this case and also summoned the makers.
On Monday (yesterday), Mahesh Babu reportedly received the summons which ordered Mahesh Babu, the owner of G.Mahesh Babu Entertainment Pvt.Ltd to make his presence in the court on 3rd of March.
Koratala is yet to respond on the case.Mahesh Babu and Mythri Movie Makers haven’t opened their mouth on this issue either.
