Varalakshmi Sarathkumar turns as Director with Kannamoochi

actress Varalakshmi Sarathkumar is all set to make her directorial debut with a film titled Kannamoochi.

The Sarkar star, on Sunday (October 18), surprised fans by releasing the first-look poster of her directorial venture and thanked her fans for all the love.

" The film is produced by Thenandal films, who had earlier bankrolled Vijays Mersal.Kannamoochi is touted to be a women-centric thriller.

Going by the first-look, it looks like the film talks about violence against women and the issues faced by them in society.Meanwhile, Varalaxmi is currently working on a Tamil, Telugu, and a Kannada film.
