Kajol Emphasizes Natural Beauty and Rejects Pressure for Surgery in Bollywood

Kajol, the renowned Bollywood actress, recently shared her advice for young female actors entering the film industry.

In an interview with a national media, she emphasized that surgery should never be the solution to any pressure they might face.

Kajol, who will be making her digital debut in the Disney Plus Hotstar show called "The Trial-Pyaar, Kaanoon, Dhokha," expressed her belief that individuals should embrace the way they were created by God.She added that for anything that makeup cannot achieve, its essential to remember that surgery is not the answer.During the interview, filmmaker Suparn Varma, the director of the show, jokingly mentioned surgery as an option.

However, Kajol firmly disagreed, stating that it goes against her point.She and the filmmaker agreed that makeup or surgery should be personal choices made without any external pressure.

Kajol stressed that young actresses should never succumb to the opinions of others and make decisions based on their own preferences.Kajol has previously opened up about her journey in the film industry and how she navigated through conventional stereotypes regarding appearance.

Despite being judged for her darker complexion, weight, and wearing glasses, she remained confident in her own unique qualities.She acknowledged that while some people may overlook her due to these judgments, she is content with being herself.

"The Trial- Pyaar, Kaanoon, Dhokha" is Kajols first venture into the digital space.It is an Indian adaptation of the popular American series "The Good Wife," which featured Julianna Margulies in the lead role.The web show, helmed by Suparn Varma, will be available for streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar starting July 14.Alongside Kajol, the cast includes Jisshu Sengupta, Sheeba Chaddha, Kubbra Sait, Alyy Khan, and others.Additionally, Kajol can also be seen in Netflixs "Lust Stories 2.".
